What we're about

Sahaja Yoga is a free meditation giving practitioners the ability to calm and control their thoughts as well as scientifically proven health and emotional welfare benefits. Suitable for all ages, its teachings are based on ancient meditative knowledge updated for a modern world. It is offered as a community service by practitioners and is simple and easy to do. It gives immediate results which can be sustained with regular practice.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation at Civic Library, Civic Square

Civic Public Library, Mezzanine, 1st Floor - access to the side of building

Hi there, Looking for peace of mind and inner balance. This can be achieved once the dormant cooling energy of meditation is awakened within you. Once awakened it calms the mind and puts you in touch with your subtle being. We run regular weekly Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes at the Civic Library every Wednesday evening between 6pm and 7pm. Drop in and see us. We'd love to meet you. Bring a friend along or your whole family. We have experienced practitioners (Kamlesh and/or Nitin) on hand to lead guided meditations and clearing sessions at every class. PS: If you can't make the next evening session on 27 April be sure to come along to our one off introductory program at The Theo Notaras Multicultural Centre this coming Saturday 23 April 2016. It is in the Function Room, (Level 2), Civic Square, off London Circuit. Program starts at 7pm and goes to 9pm. Free Meditation at the Sahaja Yoga Meditation Centre, 77 Chewings St, Scullin

Come in comfortable clothing with an open mind ready to learn how to meditate. Experienced practitioners on hand to guide thru the process. Chairs provided. Classes are free of charge.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is for everyone to try no matter what your age or belief.

Tuggeranong Community & Function Centre

No need to bring anything out of the ordinary. Chairs are provided. Just come along with an open mind ready to learn and experience something new about meditation that establishes peace and calm within oneself. All the classes are absolutely free. There are experienced practitioners to guide you thru the process to achieve inner silence and peace of mind as well as put you in touch with your inner self. As our founder Shri Mataji did not charge for this experience neither do we. So all our classes are free. What She has taught us we are able to pass on to anyone who attends our free classes.
