Sahaja Yoga is a free meditation giving practitioners the ability to calm and control their thoughts as well as scientifically proven health and emotional welfare benefits. Suitable for all ages, its teachings are based on ancient meditative knowledge updated for a modern world. It is offered as a community service by practitioners and is simple and easy to do. It gives immediate results which can be sustained with regular practice.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation online Zoom program

Hi everyone, Even though the COVID -19 restrictions are coming to an end Sahaja Yoga Meditation is still providing full program of online service to all those desiring to meditate. So far they have been a great success reaching people in the rural as well as in the more densely populated areas of Australia. In Canberra we have been running two online meditation programs a week. This one is held weekly on a Monday evening between 6pm and 7.00 pm hosted by Lyn (phone[masked]). One can attend the program at the venue but please contact Lyn before hand to let her know you are attending in person or via the zoom mode. As the Zoom ID and password will need to be provided in order to acces the online version of the program. The mediation sessions are suitable for both beginners and regular meditators. The second one in the week is on Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm to 7.30pm hosted by Himanshu (phone[masked]). Please contact Himanshu for the Zoom ID and password for online attendance. In between those days we have a number of utube presentations covering a host of issues relating to our health and well being coupled with effective ways to meditate. In the designated spot you can indicate how many presentations and programs are in the pipeline for each week and how many utube presentations have been given over the past few months.
