Welcome to our FREE Sahaja Yoga meditation workshops. 
All across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. Meanwhile, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and infinitely renewable. It's called inner kundalini energy. And everyone already has it — everyone! 
Sahaja Yoga Meditation, founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is a worldwide movement for peace and self-awakening that through a simple, time-honoured technique will reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. 
The meditation technique is based on connecting with the inner chakras (energy centres) and balancing the subtle body.
The classes are designed to help those attending get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. 
It is quite effortless and spontaneous.
Together we will share tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home. 
The classes also feature introductory talks, videos, practical workshops and general question and answer opportunities, making them perfect for seekers trying to establish a state of yoga. All the meetings and classes are free of any charge and are held from 11:30 AM (sharp) until 12:45AM. Spontaneous Meditation and Self Discovery

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is for all those who wish to find their true self, which is full of peace, joy and love for others.

This technique was developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. It involves the awakening of a subtle energy known as Kundalini that lies dormant in the sacrum at the base of the spine. The gentle awakening of the Kundalini energy and the inner journey of self-discovery is known as Self realisation.

Sahaj means "spontaneous" or "born with you" and yoga translates as "union". The initial goal of all forms of yoga is to connect with our true, deepest nature, the Self or Spirit, so that we can experience inner silence.

Sahaja Yoga meditation courses are held in over 100 countries around the world and are always free of charge. From the beginning, Shri Mataji made it clear that this knowledge and realisation of the Self is the birthright of every human being and therefore cannot be paid for.

During the course we will experience the process of Self-realisation which helps us to enter a true meditative state. We will learn to quiet our thoughts by nurturing the qualities of the energy centres within us.
Together we will share tips to help keep balance during the day, learn how to meditate at home and much more...
The courses also include videos, practical workshops and question and answer sessions.

Practical info :
Saturday from 11.30 am 12.30 pm
Avenue Brugmann 216 – 1050 Ixelles
Entrance through the passage to the backyard (please note that it is not allowed to park in the private car park)

The course is given in French and English simultaneously. It is free of charge but we ask for a 3€ contribution for the rental fee of the room.

There are chairs to sit on and a blanket on the floor for those who wish to sit on the floor, you can bring your own cushion.
