Sahaja Yoga Meditation teaches how to activate the “Inner Energy” and use natural energies of the 5 elements. Once activated, the Inner Energy, which corresponds to our parasympathetic nervous system, starts nourishing, relaxing and refreshing the human body and its underlying subtle (energy) system. We can feel our relationship with the whole (nature) and the correspondence between our own being (microcosm) and the macrocosm, both of which have at their foundation the building blocks traditionally known as the five natural energies.

Through simple, natural, yet highly effective techniques which are available to all free of charge, Sahaja Yoga Meditation has brought inner peace, balance, and relief from stress and a host of illnesses to hundreds of thousands in over 100 countries.
