Tuesday in-person Midtown Meditation Classes

In-person meetings have resumed at our Midtown center. A block from Bryant Park, we're near the corner of West 43rd and 5th Avenue, between 5th and 6th.

You're invited to feel complete peace and inner tranquility -- in Midtown Manhattan. You can then carry that state of balance into every situation in your life, and see the positive results.

As taught by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga is a catalyst to help you discover your true potential. No money can be charged for what is already inside you, so Sahaja Yoga is always free.

If Tuesdays don't work for you, we also have meetings at the same time, 6 p.m., on Fridays. There's also a half-hour midday meeting, Fridays at 12:30 p.m.

Sahaja Yoga Tuesday Introductory Class

Meditation classes are led by experts with diverse backgrounds, vast experience, and deep knowledge. These classes begin with a short introduction, step by step guided meditation to experience the awakening of a potential energy residing in all of us known as Kundalini, ensuring a joyful and peaceful state for all participants.

On many Tuesdays, the class will feature music, often performed live by musicians who practice Sahaja Yoga.
