You are welcome to our Sahaja Yoga Meditation Center in Mid-Town located on 5th Ave (at 38th Street), 8th Floor. Our classes are always free every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00pm. Learn simple and effective ways to help experience the peace within and achieve balance in your life. This class does not require physical exercises, postures or special clothing.
