We would like to invite you to our weekly Sahaja Yoga meditation sessions.
The sessions are free of charge and for anyone that is trying to learn how to meditate.
We are a charity organisation and all volunteers are experienced teachers of meditation and have themselves been practicing meditation for many years.
Each week we go through simple meditation techniques, often with guided meditations to help reduce stress and achieve a peaceful state of mind.
In the meditation sessions we:
• Give introduction to Sahaja Yoga
• Give short introductions to the different chakras and their qualities
• Share tips and tricks on how balance yourself
• Show how to to reach a meditative state
The aim of meditation is to be in the present without any mental activity or thoughts about the past and the future. The meditation sessions are designed to help achieve a genuine meditative state, which is quite effortless and spontaneous.
Founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a world wide movement for peace and self awakening.
Sahaja Yoga is spontaneous, effortless and cannot be paid for.
