SahajaYoga : Sahaja means ‘spontaneous’ or ‘easy’. Sahaja also means 'born with you'. Yoga means ‘union’ (with the all pervading power). SahajaYoga Meditation gives us the technique to achieve the spontaneous union of our inner subtle energy called Kundalini, with all pervading Divine power around us. SahajaYoga was founded by H. H. Shree Mataji Nirmala Devi on May 5th, 1970. Shree Mataji developed a unique technique to awaken the subtle spiritual energy (Kundalini) which lies dormant in every human being, in the sacrum bone at the base of our spine. The gentle awakening of Kundalini, known as Self-Realization, is the beginning of an inner journey of self-discovery resulting in peaceful and joyful meditations.
Through this process, an inner transformation takes place and for the very first time we become aware of our inner being on our central nervous system.
With regular meditation practice of 5-10 minutes twice a day, one can get rid of anxiety & fear, achieve complete peace within and become able to face the day-to-day challenges of life with complete understanding and balance. Hence SahajaYoga is not just a Meditation class but a lifestyle that hundreds of thousands in more than 100 countries across the globe are leading to make their lives better.

As members of this non-profit organization, we conduct free meditation sessions at various places and we would love for you to come and find answers to your seeking, like we did.
