Why do we need Sahaja Yoga Meditation? We cannot imagine a moment where human mind can stop thinking. These thoughts are either of the past or the future, aren't they? Excessive thinking leads to tiredness, lack of concentration, losing focus from important things; long term results can be depression, anxiety, insecurity, lack of confidence etc. But through Sahaja Yoga Meditation, we can experience a rapid decrease in thoughts which can make us peaceful and balanced. This in turn makes our attention focused and we can be in the Present & more productive in our work, meetings, studies or our day-to-day tasks. A peaceful mind helps us to remain calm in critical situations and we start 'wisely responding' to the situations instead of 'panicking or reacting'. Experience this for yourself with us in this meditation meeting. This is not just talk & information but experience & actualization. Priceless & always free! What we're about

Sahaja Yoga : Sahaja means ‘spontaneous’ or ‘born with you’. Yoga means ‘union’ (with all pervading power). Sahaja Yoga meditation helps us achieve that union with all pervading spiritual power.

Sahaja Yoga was started by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi on May 5th, 1970. Shri Mataji developed a unique technique to awaken the subtle spiritual energy (Kundalini) which lies dormant in the sacrum bone at the base of our spine. The gentle awakening of this Kundalini, known as Self-Realization is the beginning of an inner journey of self-discovery resulting in peaceful and joyful meditations.

Through this process, an inner transformation takes place and for the very first time we become aware of our inner being on our central nervous system.

“You cannot know the meaning of your life until you are connected to the power that created you.“ - Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (Founder of Sahaja Yoga)

Sahaja Yoga meditation is meant for everyone who desires to find his or her true self, which is full of peace, joy of life, and love for others. It is living science that can be experienced on your Central Nervous System.

We are all volunteers of this non-profit organization and have many years of experience in offering free Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes.

SahajaYoga classes are always free of cost and open for all.
