St. Pete Scrabble Night 3: Hallow-Scrabble!

Join us for Halloween Scrabble at Pinellas Ale Works!

Let's celebrate Halloween the Scrabble way with some of the coolest folks in the Tampa Bay area! COSTUMES ENCOURAGED

The vibe: We play casual Scrabble, with an aim of welcoming everyone from beginners to experts for socializing and fun. Full dictionary and 'cheat sheet' use is allowed and encouraged. This will not be a competitive tournament style event.

The location: Thanks to member Chrissy O' Connell for finding us a
new space at Pinellas Ale Works (PAW)! This is a fun space that should be able to accommodate a few more Scrabblers than before. There is no food for sale other than small snacks, but you are free to bring your own or to order in from one of the nearby restaurants. https://www.pawbeer.com/

Donation: We do not officially charge for this event, however a $2 donation is appreciated. This will go towards supporting the cost of the group.

What to bring: Jeff and I will be bringing a Deluxe edition and two dictionaries (one 4th and one 5th edition). We will also bring Super Scrabble for the brave-hearted. If you have a board and/or dictionary please consider bringing it as it is better to have too many than too few.
