Keto New Year Resolution Meetup (3rd Saturday)

New Year Resolutions are fun, let's help all the newbies that are starting Keto!

We'll be getting together to share HFLC recipes, treats, tips, tricks and more. Want more info about how to quit sugar, lower insulin and get healthy? Or maybe just hang out with people that understand.

If you're planning on bringing a recipe or treat, please make sure it's legitimately low-carb so everyone can enjoy. Please post in the meeting comments what you're planning to bring so we don't all bring Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers.

We'll be using the Keto Chow warehouse as a default location. If you have a suggested alternate location, let Chris know!
