What we’re about
This goal of this Meetup group is to create a community of meditators within San Antonio. Each Meetup is led by Kadampa Meditation Center Austin Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Norden or other students of Kadampa Meditation Center Austin. Although we are based in downtown Austin, we offer periodic classes and workshops in San Antonio.
In the Meetups we practice meditation and listen to practical teachings on Buddhist principles, so that individually and together we learn to find happiness, greater peace, and transform life's challenges into spiritual growth.
Check out website for details and contact info:

### CHANGE FROM WITHIN
SATURDAY, January 10

In a world full of external noise and constant change, real and lasting transformation begins not outside—but within. Please join us as Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher from Kadampa Meditation Center Austin will share the timeless wisdom of Buddha that point us inward, where clarity, peace, and true change are possible.
Whether you're new to Buddhism or deepening your practice, this journey offers a supportive space to slow down, look within, and begin the process of real change—from the inside out.
Free. Everyone welcome!
