2:00PM Explore Deaf culture, communication etiquette, awareness and allyship, and learn how to actively support the deaf community. Expand your vocabulary with themed lessons.
All Levels Welcome: Individuals of all experience levels, ages 13 and up, are invited to join and participate.

Enjoy the relaxing wellness of Yoga in a fun-filled way, led by a professional yoga instructor from iDoYoga San Antonio. This Yoga class offers many options to safely stretch and practice breathing exercises using a chair for support for older adults and families of all abilities. Light refreshments will be provided.
