We are a small group of compassionate thinkers who are interested in understanding how to cultivate compassionate mindfulness and bring it into our daily lives. Anyone with a youthful mindset who is in their 20's or 30's -- and who has an interest in yoga, mindfulness, psychology, mind science, wellness or compassion -- should join this group.
So, what in the world is Compassionate Mindfulness?
To find out we will be reading various books related to Buddhism, philosophy, Mind Science, mindfulness and compassion.
