I want to get a group together to educate them on basic principles on health and fitness that I've learned over the last 15 years. This will help them take an intelligent approach to being healthy without putting in excessive amount of effort and hours. You do not need to be in the gym 5-7 days a week for hours, do multiple grueling cardio sessions and restrict your diet to the point where you are not enjoying your life.
Your fitness goals should not negatively effect your personal life, they should enhance it. This short lecture will be followed by a 30 minute workout and a 15 minute Q & A over coffee and snacks.
