Making Art Installations that Move
Making things move can add a whole other element. Did you know motors are easier than ever to integrate into your projects? This workshop will provide a basic introduction to using motors in art installations. It will also include one detailed example and many stories of past projects with successes & failure using motors. No experience with electronics necessary to attend. Beginners encouraged! (🗺️📍We're locking down the location this week, but wanted to announce the meetup first!) Here is one example project using a single motor to build the Beer Selfie Stick for a hackathon last year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRtc7A2eizc
