We begin with a mantra and a melody, an invitation to let Yoga Sound do its work. Instead of battling your mind, you feel lighter, as if your whole being can breathe freely. Gradually, the kirtan carries you from deep calm to pure joy.

As the kirtan builds, the energy swells like a rising wave. Some sit back and let it wash over them, others dive right in—singing and dancing freely. Time seems to stand still and you feel fully present, knowing this is exactly where you’re meant to be.

Why we share this
For thousands of years, people have sung these mantras to uncover inner peace and fulfillment. The yoga sages call kirtan the easiest and most effective form of meditation. Why? Because these sacred sounds awaken the love and joy already there in our heart.

After Kirtan, stay and share in our Thanksgiving Vegetarian Potluck. Please bring a favorite Vegetarian dish to share (kindly no meat, fish, eggs, or alcohol please).
