San Diego Cuddle Party® Meetup

Cuddle party is a workshop in learning boundaries and consent with platonic clothes on cuddling. The creation of a safe nurturing container to explore using your voice and asking for what you want. All gender identities, lifestyles and ethnicities are welcome.

The cost of this event is $40 with sliding scale if you are in need just reach out to me with questions. I am also offering early bird tickets for $30 each. The value of this event is well worth it. The tickets are non refundable unless you attend the whole welcome circle and decide that this isn’t the event for you. The event is held at my home in a room set up behind my garage detached from the house. There are 2 steps up to get into the main house to use the restroom. I also have cats in my home that I lock up when people are here but they do not go into the cuddle space. This is their home and they welcome you to come and join if you

ETIQUETTE
Arrive on time: once we begin the Welcome Circle Cuddle orientation, the doors will close and no one else will be admitted. This creates comfort and accountability by ensuring that everyone has heard the rules and expectations and has agreed to them.
What to wear: Comfy G rated clothes. What to bring: Just you and any munchies you want to snack on and water in a closed container.
Scents can make small spaces feel even smaller. Please refrain from wearing fragrances, or other strong scents (soaps, powders).

10:00-10:15 am Meet and Greet - Cuddlers arrive, check in and get comfy.
10:15-11:15Welcome Circle/Initial Ice Breakers - You must be present through the entire welcome circle to participate.

11:15-1:45Transition Exercises to Open Cuddle Time - Freestyle consent aware cuddling or socializing.

1:45-2:00pmCircle - Coming together for gratitudes, closure, and goodbyes.
CLASSIC CUDDLE PARTY® RULES

You don't have to touch anyone at a Cuddle Party® ever.
You must ask permission and receive a verbal YES before you touch anyone.
If you are a yes, say YES. If you are a no, say NO.
If you are a maybe, say NO,
You are encouraged to change your mind.
Respect your relationship agreements and communicate with your partner.
Get a facilitator if you have a question, concern, or need assistance.
Tears and laughter are both welcome.
