SDOCR workouts will help you burn fat fast and add functional strength quickly. Sessions are designed to be safe, and meet the needs of first-timers and first-place-finishers.

Some of our members are training for a mud run or obstacle race, while others want to get in shape while having a blast.

During a typical 50 minute session, you will burn[masked] calories doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises. You will run, jump, crawl, push and pull, and may climb ropes, scale 6-ft walls, swing from rings and monkey bars, throw spears, and flip tires, all with 1-1 instruction.
