Join us to refresh your basic mechanics of key founding principles of running techniques and mechanics, AND mid-foot landing that Dr. Dawn teaches. Dr. Dawn will personally take you through Mid-foot landing that powers your run with elastic rebound, without straining the calf, Achilles or feet.

There has been many misunderstanding on how mid-foot landing shall be properly executed to maximize the benefit and to minimize injury. By having your basic mechanics in place, the mid-foot landing technique becomes an asset, instead of being an instant liability to calves, which many runners have experienced.

Who should come? This meetup is for all levels of running!

Why? We love running and want you to run pain and injury free while optimizing your mechanics for maximum power and efficiency.

When? Sat Sept 7th, 9 a.m. If you are doing your long run, stop by after! We are a casual environment that just wants to share our passion and knowledge.
