This hour long service includes a short reading from the ECK works. Then the sacred word "HU" is sung for a few minutes followed by three to five minutes of quiet contemplation. HU is an ancient name for God and has immense spiritual power. Singing HU will gradually open your heart to God's Love. Next, our speakers will provide stories and insight on the above topic. We conclude the service with uplifting original music or creative performances by members of the ECK community.

Refreshments and casual conversation follow the HU Song. Everyone is welcome.
