The San Diego Triathlon Series has Free Training clinics for all levels of Triathletes. We want to help you do your very best!

The San Diego Triathlon Series (http://www.sdtriseries.com/) consists of 6 or more - Triathlon / Duathlon / AquaBike events throughout the year. The Spring Sprint Triathlon in May, The San Diego International Triathlon in June, The Solana Beach Triathlon in July, the CVC San Diego Tri in August, The San Diego Triathlon Classic Rocks the Bay in September, and ending with The Xterra Wetsuits Mission Bay Triathlon in October. All SD Tri Series Events are USAT Sanctioned.

Wednesday Evening Glorietta Bay Swim, Bike, Run (Self directed group)

This is a recurring workout. I can assist with training and offer suggestions for your first multi-sport event (Triathlon, Dualathon, Swim/Run, and Swim/Bike). I initially had a swim, run and bike workout but have transitioned to primarily a swimming workout. You can add running and cycling to make it more productive. We have toes in the water at 5ish. You can bring your bike for a quick strand ride before after if you like. (With a Beginners Triathlon the following Sunday Sept 26th, at Glorietta Bay. Check in from 7:30-8am). Hope to see you there!
