  • Transition Skills Clinic (SDIT) San Diego International Triathlon Preparation

    Hey gang, Looking forward to having you all out to the transition clinic. This will be a very interactive session with a focus on the key skills and what to do when getting out of the water and Transitioning to the bike, then bike to run. These are very important skills that even the pros work with regularity. Please bring everything necessary to compete in a triathlon. We start sharp at 7am so please come early for check in, waiver, and so we can start on time. Feel free to bring a friend :). After the session there will likely be a group that will ride to the top (Cabrillo Monument) and a short run as well. So although you are not actually doing a triathlon, you will be doing all aspects of the event with repetition to help you become proficient and knowledgeable about these key pieces.
