SWIM - BIKE - RUN
This will be a Triathlon Clinic Teaching you how to improve your Triathlon Skills or even how do get ready for your very first Triathlon. Something for everyone Beginner to Advanced!
Do you want to Gain New & Improved Triathlon Skills? Bryan Hill from Rehab United will show you the basics of transitions, and for you triathlon veterans he will show you how to improve your current skills and improve your overall Triathlon Times with his Transition Tips and Tricks.
This Clinic will be at the location of the CVC San Diego Half Triathlon (The Chula Vista Challenge) on August 11th, sign up for the triathlon at http://www.chulavistachallenge.com
Please bring the following for this Transition Clinic - please arrive early and we dressed as if you were doing a triathlon.
Swim (Wetsuit, googles, swim cap, body glide, towel - swim suit, trip-suit where what you will wear in the race)
Bike (Bike-yep you need it, helmet required, bike shoes, sun glasses)
Run (running shoes preferably with easy laces, race belt/number if you have an old one, hat/visor)
Please bring nutrition (water bottle + nutrition)
