Yoga at Tuna Wharf Park

Details
Our theme this week is manifestation, and we will be centering our practice around the abundance we choose for ourselves in the new year. Come with an idea of what you wish to attract to your life for 2020.
Enjoy a guided Vinyasa (breath to movement) inspired flow set in Tuna Wharf Park near the iconic statue of the kissing soldier that's well known in San Diego.
We will be practicing on the grass next to the statue with a comfortable distance to avoid tourists and facing the water (look for the yoga mats). I recommend giving yourself enough time to find a parking spot.
You don’t need any experience to benefit from this class :)
Donation based class will be taught by a registered yoga instructor. Suggested donation $15+, but everyone is welcome at any donation level if money is an issue. Please just contact me if that’s what’s keeping you from attending, and we can work something out !
Music provided and nourishing snacks offered after class.
What to bring:
✔️comfortable clothes
✔️water
✔️a towel if you would like
✔️curiosity
✔️and a friend!
If interested: show up 20-30 minutes early for a relaxed, informal guided breathing session where I will demonstrate some techniques that enable us to enter a calm meditative state before we settle into our practice :) :) :)
