What we're about

This is for the serious/curious person who wants to learn and follow the WFPB NO OIL way of eating. This group would meet weekly to watch a short presentation about WFPB via YouTube/TV and we can cook a meal together and encourage each other on this journey. It's for the person who is doing this alone and needs weight to lose and get healthy again as many testimonies are shared on Forks Over Knives and on Dr. McDougall's website. Let's do this journey together and see where it will lead us as a small group in six months.
