The QiCore Method was developed by Yuantong Liu based on the teachings of Dr. Pang Ming. These specific exercises methodically open, lengthen, and strengthen the spine with gentle movement and postures. Guided imagery exercises are practiced to relax the body and prepare the body for this practice. All levels welcome, and modifications are presented for those with back pains and challenges.
Practice Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down, the first Level of this Qigong system. Learn how to cultivate your internal Qi with physical movement to nourish yourself with the Qi of Nature. Practice can be modified for all fitness levels - please bring loose, comfortable clothes and eat no less than 1 hour before class.
