This group is for those that would like to establish a meditation practice that develops consciousness from all angles - physical, through focused movement, mental through learning concepts of how to process information in day to day living, and spiritual, to connect to that deeper aspect of Self and consciously nurture your relationship to whatever your highest truth is. Practice is based on the roots of Chinese Medicine. All are welcome!
