This is a group for women currently living or interested in living an alcohol free lifestyle. Wherever you are at in this journey, sober or sober-curious, this is a group to connect with amazing women through events like hikes, coffee, yoga and brunches, all sans-booze.
I have recently kicked alcohol to the curb and am starting this group to create a community for real life connections between like-minded women.
Join me for an all-levels, uplifting yoga class designed just for us by local teacher, Belinda Hoang. We will be hosted at Yoga Jai Ma in Rancho Bernardo from 10-11 am and can walk next door for a coffee and a chat afterword.
Refresh Yoga Flow: Begin to awaken your body with slow, rejuvenating movement in this all levels yoga class! Unwind and improve flexibility as you flow through a thread of thoughtfully selected poses linked to your breath. To encourage a sense of joyful relaxation, this class will be subtly infused with aromatherapy and sound healing.
Belinda Hoang is a Yoga and Meditation Guide with a focus on deep relaxation and therapeutic approach. Committed to the pursuit of ongoing trainings, Belinda loves to extend knowledge in the form of safe, anatomically aware classes to people of all backgrounds. What she offers is a unique sensory experience for the practitioner to skillfully develop a relationship with themselves. Take a class with Belinda to cultivate the power of a conscious breath, become educated on your body's bio-mechanics, and open the gateway to your heart.
Space is limited to 20 and there is a $10 fee for the use of the studio and Belinda's time and uniquely crafted class.
Mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you'd prefer.
Let's get together and enjoy the San Diego brewery culture without the alcohol! Kombucha breweries are popping up all over and they offer all the fun without the haze. Did you know, kombucha is also great for your gut!?
The folks at Babe have offered to accommodate a tasting for us in their small and casual environment. It should be a blast! Cant wait to see you there.
**Please note that kombucha is fermented tea which, as a result, does have trace amounts of alcohol. If this is something you're uncomfortable with, I complete understand, however this event may not be a good fit.
