There will be a variety of beginner and intermediate and advanced classes that take place in a comfy conference room in La Mesa, CA or at parks around San Diego. Seating may be Limited for some workshops and is First Come, First Serve. So be sure to sign up right away.

What will make the workshop's so great?
Besides having amazing takeaways and aha moments, having fun and learning how to lose weight in a way you've probably never experienced before, you'll meet amazing like-minded women just like you.
Workshops are hosted by Lisa Michele, Weight Loss Expert, Board Certified Drugless Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer.
Workshops will take place in a conference room that seats up to 30 in La Mesa, CA or in various parks and locations around San Diego. Let me know if you have any recommendations.
It'll be a fun, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. We'll have some good laughs and maybe even some good cry's.
