What we're about
Smoking weed is fun! So are travel, food, and discovery. This discrete meetup merges these facets of recreation into one fun group specifically designed for the mature and responsible marijuana enthusiast living in or visiting San Francisco. Inspired by the book The Top 20 Secret Stoner Spots of San Francisco (http://www.secretstonerspots.com) (featured on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon!), the author will gather with marijuana enthusiasts at the best spots in San Francisco to enjoy all of the incredible amenities this unique city is known for. Together we will seek the best views, most privacy, and highest neighborhood acceptance of marijuana consumption, and then finish the day with a picnic, lunch, or drinks near each spot. Other activities may include hikes, wine tasting, photography, and more social and networking events...In other words, this group is perfect for all high-achieving stoners who want to enjoy the best that San Francisco has to offer. Acceptance into the group requires a valid and verifiable California medical marijuana prescription, completion of membership application, and allegiance to the Secret Stoner Code, our standard of decorum when consuming marijuana in public:
THE SECRET STONER CODE:
I will safely enjoy smoking in new locations and will seek to preserve their access for my fellow Secret Stoners and future generations to come.
I will be proud of my love of marijuana smoking and through my actions will not tarnish the image of responsible cannabis enthusiasts.
I will contain my smoking to my personal space and will avoid smoking near children, even if they encroach the space near me.
I will respect nature and tolerate the beliefs of people around me and will represent responsible marijuana smokers with dignity.
I will leave no trace of my visit to these secret smoking spots.
I will have fun, spend my travel dollars, and focus my tourism towards those cities and travel providers that openly welcome marijuana enthusiasts.
