What we’re about
Ecstatic Dance is a two hour healing journey with a live DJ in a non judgemental, safe, heart-centered space. We dance on the 2nd and Last Friday night of the month 8-10pm. There are no steps to learn, just let the music move you. Dance alone or with others. No booze, no talking on the dance floor. We finish with a closing community circle. We plan to have pre-dance yoga and movement classes, to be announced.
