What we're about
At the San Jose Real Estate Investment Collaborative we work with you to help you learn to invest in real estate, not tenants, toilets or termites. Many people do not invest because of the fear of having another job or have invested and found themselves with another job. There is a different way. We will learn about different aspects of real estate investing including, building a team, finding your niche in Real Estate and growing your business. We will focus on cash flowing entities as well as equity growth. Community support is key to successful real estate investing.
