What we're about

Hustlers for Humanity is a non-profit service team and social club. Our purpose is to make volunteering FUN and EASY, and to create a team environment around service in town. Our mission is to positively impact every resident of Santa Barbara by the year 2020.

HUSTLE means to PLAY FULL OUT. By playing together in the name of service and our community, we create a space for real change to happen in Santa Barbara.

Our goal is to have a lot of fun while we are making a difference in town. By connecting with our town through the causes we care about, we are not just living in Santa Barbara, we are shaping it.

2019 Kickoff: Hustlers Happy Hour

Oreana Winery

Join us for the 1st Hustlers Happy Hour of 2019! For our 1st HHH of the year, we'll be checking out Oreana Winery in the Funk Zone, a local favorite. This event is perfect for new members, and savvy veterans alike. Fun + light, feel free to drop in or stay the whole time. This will be a great chance to meet new friends, hear what's on the Hustlers' 2019 agenda, and let us know how you'd like to participate this year. Are you a leader? Hustlers is looking for members to help us take on important issue, and find opportunities for us to volunteer! Comment below, message us, or bring your enthusiasm to Oreana on the 17th to let us know how you'd like to help!

Homeless Point in Time Count

Needs a location

Point in Time Count is a count of all sheltered and unsheltered persons living on the streets. It is hosted on a single morning every 2 years, and communities across the US participate. We welcome you to join the Hustlers and volunteer for the 2019 Count, held Thursday, Jan. 24th from 5-8:30am. There will be a training in January for volunteers that will be announced. I have participated in this count before, and it is a true community-wide effort with hundreds of volunteers. It is a wonderful way to support the issue of homelessness in Santa Barbara. Click through below to sign up online, and please spread the word to others that may want to be involved that morning. https://h4gsbc.wordpress.com/common-ground-santa-barbara-county/
