R favorite books

This is a social meetup. Please bring your favorite R or computation book(s). Ideal timing for last minute gift ideas for Valentine's Day.

The purpose is to chat about how we learn R, improve, and engage with this literature. If you have other resources you want to show-and-tell or your book is online, we will have a laptop available to preview content. Several of us have also chatted about book reviews, how to write them (https://journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/article?id=10.1371/journal.pcbi.1006562), and the critical need for curation. It will be fun to chat about how we read and approach learning differently. Plus, the venue, Mosaic Locale (http://www.mosaiclocale.com), has empanadas and craft beer, and we can support a new local collective. There might also be a few gift book give-aways and swaps are encouraged.
