What we’re about

What is Heartfulness ?
Heartfulness is a suite of meditative and contemplative practices rooted in Raja yoga. These practices help you relax, destress and connect to your heart, in a simple, natural and effective way.

Heartfulness practices are aided by a special yogic energy, that allows you to tune into yourself and find solace from within. Need to find balance? Focus on the heart. Looking for guidance? Focus on the heart. Seeking relaxation? Just focus on the heart!

The practice is simple, no mantras, no rituals, no dogmas, and can easily be adopted and practiced anywhere, anytime, by the use of a special yogic energy.

Who practices it?
Heartfulness is a super-inclusive form of meditation that’s been around for more than 100 years. Over a million people (across 100 countries!) currently practice Heartfulness, and the method is growing around the world every day.

And the practice is offered free for life, so there’s no need to shell out thousands of dollars for training or dedicate weeks to lengthy workshops and teaching sessions.

How do I start?
The practice is secular, straightforward, informal, and you can start right now!

Whether you are new to meditation, or a seasoned meditator, connect with us at 602 237 0086 or muktaghookal@yahoo.com to Experience Heartfulness for yourself.
