Go DeepRacer Go! - A casual discussion about AWS DeepRacer

Chris Miller was at AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas recently defending his DeepRacer championship title.

"AWS DeepRacer gives you an interesting and fun way to get started with reinforcement learning (RL). RL is an advanced machine learning (ML) technique that takes a very different approach to training models than other machine learning methods. Its super power is that it learns very complex behaviors without requiring any labeled training data, and can make short term decisions while optimizing for a longer term goal."

Basically, it's an autonomous RC car but that's not even accurate since it's not radio controlled.

Chris is going to talk about his experiences the AWS DeepRacer and the racing league and his experiences with using this toy.... er... tool for learning about reinforcement learning.
