This group is for anyone who is already vegan, vegetarian or just curious about this popular lifestyle choice. Join us each month for our potluck titled, First Friday Friends, Feast and Fun! Bring your favorite VEGAN dish to share and the INGREDIENTS List (and/or recipe). It is a great way to try out new recipes. Whether you are vegan or not, does not matter. ALL are welcome. Come find out, 'WHAT DO VEGANS EAT??"
Please also bring a plate setting (plate, cup, fork, etc) and please, no animal products (meat, dairy, honey, etc). Feel free to contact the coordinators if you need any suggestions, or simply bring something like juice, fruit, or salad.
