Hello Investors! Terri and I are just finishing up our second, on site, mentorship this week. We spent 5 days in Phoenix, 4 days here in Houston and are headed back to Phoenix, tomorrow night for two more days. We will be hosting a bus tour for The Lee Arnold System Of Real Estate. We will be home, just in time, for our next SMREIC meeting. We have seen so much money wasted, on bad deals, this week, that we have decided to do something about it. These horrible deals were a direct result of new, inexperienced , investors jumping into deals with little to no training or knowledge. That is why we are stepping up our efforts to train you! We constantly travel the country gathering knowledge and insight to add to our arsenal. Most of you also know, that we are Real Estate Consultants for a big name guru. We are very fortunate to be able to travel the United States, meet some great people, learn their market and help them to become successful real estate investors. I guess my point is, we, not only, talk the talk, but we walk the walk as well. We are consistently flipping properties, rehabbing SFRs and MFRs and have been for over 10 years. I was recently asked by a new investor why we would want to help other local investors to get there businesses off the ground. His point was that this would create competition and thought that we were shooting ourselves in the foot, so to speak. We feel totally the opposite. There are plenty of deals out there. We don't need them all. As part of our mentors training, one of the first thing we teach our clients, is to contact other investors and ask "how can we make money together"? So let's do just that!!!! Let's make money together in 2015! We meet at The Historic Santa Maria Inn 801 S. Broadway Santa Maria Ca. The second Tuesday of each month.
