URGENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FLORIDA RECOUNT AND OTHER INFORMATION

From: USAvictory
Sent on: Saturday, November 10, 2018 2:31 PM

Hello my fellow Republicans:
I am resending this email; it is long but filled with lots of information that should enable you to help us here in Orange County, Florida and/or answer your questions.

Also, I – Chairman Charles Hart – am the “Volunteer Wrangler” for Orange County, Florida.  Make it easy on all of us and just respond to me directly, let's get on the same page with our volunteer efforts.  If you have people, send them to me so we can get everyone on the same page.

____Read the attached email from below____

Good evening my fellow Republicans:

I cannot begin to state my utmost distaste with which I write this email.  I have just returned home from spending a majority of the day in the Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office.

If you are not mad about what the Democrats are trying to do, you do not have a pulse.  I have now been informed our once formidable 35,000 vote lead in the Rick Scott v. Bill Nelson campaign is now down to 15,000 votes.  I have been informed that Matt Caldwell is now losing by over 2,000 votes (Caldwell was once leading by over 8,000 votes).  And despite conceding his race, Andrew Gillum appears to be on the verge of getting a recount himself against our next Governor Ron DeSantis.

No words can adequately capture my anger.  As the Governor believes, I believe and I know the Democrats are trying to steal this election.

Wait, are you serious?
As a heart attack, Scott started yesterday up 35,000 (approximately) in votes and now is down 15,0000 (approximately).  Caldwell started yesterday up 8,000 (approximately) in votes and now is down over 2,000 votes.  DeSantis is facing a recount too.

We will likely have three statewide recounts start this weekend.

That has never happened before in the history of Florida, and likely, the history of the United States of America.

So what does the Republican Party (Rick Scott, Ron DeSantis, and Matt Caldwell) need from you:
We need at least 36 volunteers per day for three days to watch the machine recount.  We can have more than 36 volunteers per day but we need at least 36 volunteers per day.

That is 36 volunteers a day.  WE NEED YOU!  WE NEED YOU!

We need 36 volunteers a day for morning (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.), afternoon (12 p.m. to 4 p.m.), and evening shifts (4 p.m. to 8 p.m.).

We need you to be flexible to start either Saturday or Sunday.  The schedule for Orange County, Florida has not been announced but as soon as it is, I will tell you.

Date: Not announced yet but probably Saturday, November 10, 2018
Time: Not announced but probably four hour shifts.
Place/Location: Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office at 119 West Kaley Street Orlando, Florida 32806

I need you to send me the following:  Your name, your phone number, your email address, and the hours you can work/shift availability.  Call me at[masked].  If you can give us your whole weekend, we will take it.  If you can only do a couple of hours, we will take it.  If you can take a day off of work, we will take it.  We will take anything and everything you can give us.

I – Chairman Charles Hart – am the “Volunteer Wrangler” for Orange County, Florida.  Make it easy on all of us and just respond to me directly.  If you have people, send them to me so we can get everyone on the same page.

What do you need to do again:
We need.
1.  Your name
2.  Your phone number
3.  Your email address
4.  The hours you can work and the shifts you can work -- we need morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
***The hours you can work and the shift you can work means what you will actually do.  Please do not over promise.  We will take any time you can give us but it would be GREAT if you could volunteer in 4 hour shifts like 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Email me at [address removed] or call or text me at[masked].

Folks, this is an all hands on deck situation here in Orange County, Florida.  A percentage point here is worth a lot more than a percentage point in any almost any other Florida County and even some states (Orange County, Florida is larger than 10 U.S. states).  If you have a family member, friend, or acquaintance -- there has never been a better time than right now to join the Orange County Republican Executive Committee.  If someone wants to volunteer, I am happy to have them as long as they show up and do what we need them to do which is make sure these Democrats do not cheat us out of this hard won election.

If you know of someone willing to help; give them my email and phone number.  Have them respond to me.

As the Governor believes, I believe and know the Democrats are trying to steal this election.

Those are bold words Charles...  Surely you are joking; this is America we do not have phony baloney elections.
I have had an involvement with Broward County, Florida Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes.  My old boss, Len Collins, has sued her and brought to light the shady things (to be very polite about it) she has done.

Read the link if you think I am making this up:  https://www.sun-sentinel.com/local/broward/fl-sb-broward-elections-supervisor-broke-law-snipes-canova-20180514-story.html

Or read this link:  https://www.sun-sentinel.com/local/broward/fl-reg-brenda-snipes-claims-judge-conflict-20180529-story.html

Or this link:  https://www.politico.com/story/2018/11/08/florida-readies-for-massive-recount-975805

I have the utmost faith in my friend and old boss, Len Collins.  Len has been hired by RPOF to fight these people in Broward County.  I have all the reasons in the world to believe my friend and our Party will be successful.  I have the utmost faith in our people across the state.  We have good lawyers here lead by Michael Sasso.  I HAVE THE UTMOST FAITH IN YOU!!!! We are going to stop this.

By the way, as a point for you to consider how ridiculous it is for Ms. Snipes to "find" new votes, ponder these two facts:
1.  Why are all of the found votes (over 20,000 votes that have now been added to Bill Nelson's magically increasing vote totals) all Democrat?
2.  Why are none of these "found" votes ever Republican votes?

In essence, think of it this way.  The "spread" in Broward was 65% to 35% -- so for 20,000 Democrats "found" votes shouldn't there be a corresponding 10,000 Republican votes that would be found (and that is actually 2% less than 35 -- 10,000/30,000 (20,000 Democrat votes + 10,000 Republican votes) is 33% not the 35% county spread in Broward County; and we will ignore the fact 2% in votes actually mattering for this discussion).  And follow me, isn't that really not a gain of 20,000 votes at that because 20,000 - 10,000 is really a net gain of only 10,000 votes for the Democrats.

I do not understand everything going on...
The Orange County Republican Executive Committee is here to help you. We will do everything to help answer your questions and get you good information.  We will do everything possible to protect our candidates and defend this Republic.

Going forward, effectively, there is a three step process to this:
Step 1:  Provisional Ballots. This has already happened today; this is why I was at the Orange County Supervisor of Elections.  The provisional voters are given a chance to correct deficiencies in their provisional votes, the votes are then reviewed, and if they pass muster, the votes are counted.

Provisional votes are those votes by voters where the voter did not bring an ID to the poll (they were given until 5 p.m. November 8, 2018 to bring an ID to the Supervisor of Elections Office), the signatures did not match the records on file (they are allowed to fill out an affidavit at the Supervisor of Elections Office by 5 p.m. November 8, 2018), the voter voted at the wrong precinct (vote is denied), voter is not eligible to vote because they are not registered (vote is denied), the voter is not from Orange County (vote is denied), etc.

Out of approximately 400 provisional votes, only 86 of those provisional ballots were counted.  Out of the 400 provisional ballots, only 43 were Republicans.  And let me tell you, from when I got the list Wednesday night, I went to work, and confirmed who was a Republican. Starting on Wednesday November 8, 2018, myself, Rick Scott's staff, RPOF, and anyone else with a phone called and called, texted and texted, and emailed and emailed these Republicans.  Let me assure you those Republican voters I called had filled voicemails by the end of the day.

I am sorry to say I cannot say how many of the 86 were Republican.

I say again, this has already happened.  This step (Step 1:  Provisional Ballots) has been completed and we move forward to Step 2.

Step 2:  Machine recount. The next most likely step, if the "final count" of all votes (free of Ms. Snipes creating new votes) result in less than one half of a percentage point difference between the candidates in a race, this is 0.5 you have been hearing about, then a machine recount of the votes is required by law.  If the difference between the candidates in a race is less than .05, then there is a machine recount of all votes in the particular race.  Thus, to accomplish that machine recount, all of the paper ballots from Orange County will be put through the machine and recounted.

This is where we need the 36 volunteers for 3 days starting possibly Saturday and certainly Sunday.  I am sorry I cannot give you more specifics but this is going to move fast.  We need you to volunteer.

Step 3:  Manual recount. If the difference in votes between the candidates in the race after the machine recount is less than a quarter of a percent, this is the 0.25 you have been hearing about, then a manual recount is required by law.  If the difference between the candidates in a race is less than .25, then there is a machine recount of all votes in the particular race.  The machine recount takes place first and then the manual recount takes place second.

However, the ballots are not put through the machine a third time.  So what is counted?  The ballots that were run through the machine (the voting tabulator) and were "rejected", "spit out", "not counted", call it what you will.  These are the often mentioned undervotes (people who did not vote) and the overvotes (people who voted for two of the candidates).  These are reviewed by the canvassing board or the designees of the canvassing board (they can do this if there are a lot of undervotes and overvotes) to see the voter intent.

I repeat the ballots that were counted in the machine recount are not counted a third time; they are counted and done.  In the manual recount, the ballots that are looked at are only the undervotes and the overvotes.  There will not be a bunch of people sitting there going one by one through the ballots; the only ballots that will be reviewed are the undervotes and the overvotes.

There will not be a "revote".

We need folks to be present for this, make sure no games are played, and hold the line.

We will probably need volunteers for this but will pull first out of our 36 volunteers for this task.  However, whatever the case we need you.

Can I watch?
Yes, that is the whole reason why we need 36 volunteers a day for morning (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.), afternoon (12 p.m. to 4 p.m.), and evening shifts (4 p.m. to 8 p.m.).

The canvassing board is open to the public; if you like you can go.  What we really need though is volunteers; solid Republican volunteers to watch the recounts to make sure the Democrats do not steal this election.  The goal is to watch everything like a hawk.  Like a HAWK!

Lawyers...  they are causing this...  I hate lawyers!
Democrat lawyers are causing this but Republican lawyers are going to end this!

If you are a Republican lawyer (fine I will mention you by name -- Immediate Past Chairman Lew Oliver, Wade Vose, Scott Wood, Justin Hausler, Gino Feliciani, Jerry Hanberry, Eric Jontz, Matt Klein, and Kris Cruzada), we need you!  We need lawyers and lawyers and lawyers.

If you know a lawyer, ask them to help us.  We need as many lawyers as we can get.

Rumors
Be careful, much of what you are going to hear and see is a lie.  Please think about what you are doing before you re-post something or text something.  I have spent a good part of the day answering questions so I can halt the spread of rumors because I assure you -- the majority of them are designed by the Democrats and their Leftist assault forces to scare you, intimidate you, and make you lose all hope.

We cannot have that; we have worked to hard to give up and go home.

If you get anything you think is untrue, call, text, or email me.  I am in almost constant contact with RPOF and all of the campaigns.  I will find the answer out (or know the answer already), and failing that, at least source anything you see or read before you believe it.

An apology
I have wanted to write so many things to you.  I wanted to take the time to write you a heart felt email and how proud I am of you; we beat Donald Trump's 2016 numbers here in Orange County.  We outperformed Seminole County (a county with a plus 4 Republican majority county while we Republicans only make up 26% of Orange County).  There are so many great stories to tell you about your courage.  There are so many cool pictures.  So many accolades to give you because despite our losses, we are turning things around.  You busted your gut and we did better than expected; I have received calls from all of the statewide campaigns congratulating us because we outperformed what they thought we would do; and now, in almost every one of those campaigns, they are thanking their lucky stars for the re-emergence and the new resolve you have found to win!

But I digress, I have been in this fight Wednesday and wish I could share with you all the joy you should be feeling right now.  Unfortunately, events have happened that do not permit me to join you in that joy; I ask you join me now because to fight a little longer and wait a little while longer before we can relax.

We have a little bit longer to go but together we can get there together if we fight, we fight for our candidates, we fight for our homes, we fight for our country, and we fight for our Republic.  This is a fight we can and will win.

Questions
I am never too busy for you but I do get busy.  Feel free to call me.  My voicemail does fill up quickly (usually as soon as I empty it,it fills back up again in 15 minutes).  You can always text or email me if you cannot get me on the phone.  I try to return calls.  I will do my best to answer your questions and keep you in the loop.  You should already have my number but if you do not it is[masked].

Together we will hold the line.

GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU, OUR COUNTY, OUR COUNTRY, AND OUR PRESIDENT!

Your most loyal Chairman,
Charles Hart, Esq.
Chairman
