Sarasota REIA is a member-driven, non-profit group of dynamic, entrepreneurial investors, landlords, real estate licensees, vendors, property managers, private lenders, trades, etc - ALL interested in the many aspects of real estate investing.
We live, work, invest & play in the greater Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton, North Port communities. Join us to learn, listen, and network. Sarasota REIA is proud to be our area's longest, continuous real estate investor organization (30++years).
SarasotaREIA hosts 2 monthly meetings:
- "1st Thursday Investor Workshop" @ 6pm - Maloney Funeral Home, 2401 Cattlemen Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232 - always FREE and open to all - join us
- 3rd Wednesday member's lunch meeting: 11:30am (networking/registration); 12noon-2pm @ Der Dutchman-3713 Bahia Vista St. $25/SarasotaREIA member; $35/not yet member, includes buffet lunch, drink, tip - ALL must pay as this includes room cost - guests are welcome to visit 1X prior to be asked to join our group.

Dhérby Laraque, widely recognized as "The Land Queen," is a real estate investor, mentor, and aspiring developer who has revolutionized the way entrepreneurs wholesale land. Since 2020, Dhérby has closed over 1,000 land transactions across Florida, scaling her business to 7 figures.
James Lascara a distinguished leader in Tampa’s real estate sector, James is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of founding and scaling multiple successful ventures. As the visionary behind Lascara Real Estate, Poseidon 25 Developments, and Lascara Capital, James has played a pivotal role in reshaping the local real estate landscape. His ventures span residential, commercial, and investment-focused projects, which have positioned him as a key player in Tampa’s dynamic market.
