Sarasota REIA is a member-driven, non-profit group of dynamic, entrepreneurial investors, landlords, real estate licensees, vendors, property managers, private lenders, trades, etc - ALL interested in the many aspects of real estate investing.
We live, work, invest & play in the greater Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton, North Port communities. Join us to learn, listen, and network. Sarasota REIA is proud to be our area's longest, continuous real estate investor organization (30++years).
SarasotaREIA hosts 2 monthly meetings:
- "1st Thursday Investor Workshop" @ 6pm - Maloney Funeral Home, 2401 Cattlemen Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232 - always FREE and open to all - join us
- 3rd Wednesday member's lunch meeting: 11:30am (networking/registration); 12noon-2pm @ Der Dutchman-3713 Bahia Vista St. $25/SarasotaREIA member; $35/not yet member, includes buffet lunch, drink, tip - ALL must pay as this includes room cost - guests are welcome to visit 1X prior to be asked to join our group.
