Join us every Friday evening from 7:00pm - 9:00pm for a group meditation experience or on Wednesdays evenings for Sutta studies class from 7:30pm - 9:00pm. Classes are offered to all people in the community who are interested in calming the mind. Through meditation and our Dhamma lesson, you will learn how to interact with yourself, your friends, family, coworkers, and strangers in a more peaceful way. Participants of the class do not need to be Buddhist and there is no expectation for you to become Buddhist. All are welcome.
