Stress is the difference between what we want to happen and what is actually happening. For our own peace of mind, it is essential that we learn how meditation and Buddha's teachings provide effective methods to keep calm and deal effectively with the stresses we face.

During this half-day course, learn how to cultivate and maintain a peaceful mind, deal with stress and be prepared for potential conflicts that may arise. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.

Cost $20 per person, drop-ins are welcome.
