UPDATE (Feb. 9, 2016):  I am currently looking into finding an alternate location for the Fit Club as the previous location gave away our time.  I am also trying to get another Beachbody Coach to help me run the Fit Club and share the costs as I will be gone quite a bit in 2016 and the costs are becoming a limitation.

The Saskatoon FIT CLUB is for anyone wanting to make a positive change in their life.  We are looking to inspire others to live a healthy, active, more fulfilling lifestyle and create a ripple effect in the Saskatoon community.  Whether you have over 100 lbs to lose, or you are working to fight off the last 5 or 10 lbs, or you want to build muscle, get lean and get stronger, or maybe you just want to start living a healthier lifestyle.  No matter who you are or what your goal is.....your journey begins with a single step in the right direction.   And our goal is to motivate, support and keep each other accountable.  

These FREE group workouts will be offered once a week.  Check the calendar for the up-to-date schedule.  Each week the class will focus on a variety of different exercises from one of Beachbody's premiere workout programs: Focus T25, P90, P90X3, 21 Day Fix, PiYo, Insanity MAX:30, and many others. The class will focus on stabilizing and strengthening your core, building lower and upper body strength and overall cardio endurance. The workouts are geared towards all ability levels and modifications are provided to those who would consider themselves beginners or are limited by an injury.

This Fit Club is run by Colin Brown, an Independent Team Beachbody Coach and we would love to show Saskatoon what the Beachbody family has done for us and how working out can be FUN when you're around amazing people!  At the end of each workout we will enjoy some Shakeology samples and can discuss your goals, your struggles, and your victories.  Bring your friends, a towel, and a water bottle! Come prepared to sweat and most importantly HAVE FUN!
