This is a group for those interested in exploring mind body spirit connection and stress release through Spring Forest Qigong. This medical form of Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) consists of meditative exercises developed by International Qigong Master Chunyi Lin. With simple techniques of breath work, gentle movement, meditation and sound, you find relaxation, peace and renewal. This simple and easy to learn practice is for everyone regardless of age or mobility. It is complementary to all healing modalities.
