Join us and experience renewal with the gentle practice of Spring Forest Qigong
Spring Forest Qigong is a practice of gentle movement, breath work, meditation and sound. This practice is very easy to learn and yet so powerful. Worry and tension falls away as renewal starts to flow in body, mind, spirit. This practice can be done standing or seated. A guided meditation with crystal singing bowls follows. Wear comfortable clothing, warm socks or slippers and beautiful you. After this session you will leave feeling relaxed. All are welcome. No experience is necessary. Classes: $15 at the door. This is a group for those interested in exploring mind body spirit connection and stress release through Spring Forest Qigong. This medical form of Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) consists of meditative exercises developed by International Qigong Master Chunyi Lin. With simple techniques of breath work, gentle movement, meditation and sound, you find relaxation, peace and renewal. This simple and easy to learn practice is for everyone regardless of age or mobility. It is complementary to all healing modalities. Rediscover the healer within you in this simple and powerful practice.
