Satsang - A Unique Guided Meditation on Transcendent Light.
This meditation course will introduce you to a simple, but effective century old practice.
It starts with calming your mind and takes you through a journey to lasting inner peace! This 60-minute guided meditation course starts with subtle meditative music and guidance on how to meditate on transcendent light. The core of the meditation is a 30-minute session that begins with transcendent light permeating the body and is practiced with complete silence. The session wraps up with another round of meditative music to transition out of meditation followed by Q&A.

This meditation practice is based on Satsang, a unique guided meditation practice, established and perfected by Guru Maharaj paramsant Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay in 1930. Satsang has its strong footing in ancient yoga and meditation practices. It has been refined and simplified to allow people to integrate meditation into their busy lifestyles seamlessly. Satsang is easy to do and understand. It is a truly non-intrusive practice that can be molded to suit your lifestyle and faith. This unique meditation practice can begin at only one hour daily and it is up to the individual to decide what they are comfortable with.
