What we're about

Life can be relished in it’s own, natural simplicity without a lot of work.
Those who post here meet as a group, are looking for greater stillness, and less stress, in their lives.

We pursue and discuss all meaningful approaches to mindfulness throughout our days.

Sessions are about one-to two hours (depending on who is offering it) and will involve active discourse on the part of all participants.
