What we're about

Coach Richard will be leading these Saturday rides rolling out from the announced location at 7:30 AM sharp.

The routes will be the “Great Western Loop”, similar or coastal. Expect a fast ride with 4K to 6K feet of climbing. Bring full water bottles, a few bucks, and get ready for hammer time on this one.

Routes are selected and have varying emphasis from endurance, aerobic to anaerobic including efforts to increase your lactate threshold, Vo2Max and over all just make you FITTER, FASTER and STRONGER!

These rides are appropriate for riders from intermediate ride to experienced racers. We'll split into two group as needed and will regroup at hill-tops and intersections.

Rides are free and meetup time is 7:30am with a 7:45am roll-out. This workout is lead by USAC Certified Cycling Coach Richard. Be prepared to meet some new folks and have a fun, challenging ride.
