We meet every week at the Foster City Library for meditation. The class is free and lasts for about 95 minutes. Through this meditation we will work on our emotional blocks and tap into the energy source within ourselves. It is simple but at the same time a very effective & powerful method of meditation.
Instructor: Shiraz Zack, has been meditating for over 25 years and conducting meditation classes in the Bay Area for over 10 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Chemistry and Zoology. After graduating, she mastered meditation under the guidance of Villy Doctor, PhD in Psychology. Ms. Villy Doctor's doctoral work was in "Psycho-Biological changes in the body through mediation".
