What we're about

Saucon Valley Bikes is a bike shop based out of Hellertown, PA. We host a few different rides each week, from mountain biking to gravel grinding primarily on the Saucon Rail Trail with some road biking as well. Come join us on our rides and see for yourself what kind of fun you can have on your bikes. With all of our bike rides, helmets are required and nobody gets dropped. Hope to see you out there soon!!

Upcoming events (4+)

Pursue Your Brew-Wednesday Night Mixed Terrain Ride

Saucon Valley Bikes

This will be a B ride 13-15mph avg and the route will vary by week. Nobody gets dropped on these rides. This is a social ride so come on out and join us!

We will meet on the back side of the shop where the repair entrance is and wheels will roll at 5:35 sharp. Typically we get back before 7:30pm.

Lost Tavern has great food and craft beer on tap so come hungry and we will get thirsty on the ride.

Since this is an evening ride headlights and taillights are a must. Also, you MUST HAVE A HELMET!!

Saucon Valley Bikes Special All riders on this ride will get 10% off on all headlights and tail lights! Now with days getting shorter, get a good headlight, you will not be disappointed.

This is the main route we will be doing to minimize traffic and keep this truly a Mixed Terrain Route: Head down from the shop and follow the SRT to the Upper Bucks trail and back

Sunday Morning Breakfast Club Mixed Terrain Ride

Saucon Rail Trail-Reading Dr

Join me for a B ride (13-15mph avg) Rides will vary in length and will go anywhere from 30 miles in the winter to 60 miles in the fall as we, as a group get to be stronger riders. Routes will be posted weekly. Rides are mixed terrain so a cross bike is a minimum, or 28C tires.

We are now at 40 miles or more a week so bring plenty of water, snacks and a good mental attitude ready for adventure. As all Saucon Valley Bike rides, NOBODY GETS DROPPED.

This is a breakfast club ride, weather permitting (too cold to eat outside we will not stop) so please bring some money for food and coffee (a must for cyclists). I will announce where we will be stopping or feel free to comment a good place and I can build a route around it!

I will post the route as it will change week to week, in the comments prior to the ride. A typical snapshot of a route is : https://www.strava.com/routes/2730830606656310116
