Exponential Organizations (ExOs) are a new breed of organisations disrupting entire industries by scaling as fast as exponential technologies do. For start-ups, the limitations to growth are two-fold: external and internal. Externally, there needs to be more or better marketing, awareness, desire and uptake. Internally, the business needs to be able to meet the increased demand, execute operations effectively and maintain the required equipment/inventory/resources. And the internal pressure can be more challenging than the external in many cases. This talk will explore how businesses can utilise changing trends, upcoming technology and be part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution - and remove many of the internal barriers to scale. This will allow them to increase resources quickly and efficiently, without the major investments that the bigger competitors have to make, allowing the businesses to remain profitable and agile. About the speaker: Entrepreneur, award-winning business strategy coach, and international speaker,Murtaza Manji is the co-founder of Kaizen Consulting Group which he set up in the UK in 2011 before expanding to the UAE a year later. Since then, the company has evolved significantly with ambitious plans to expand further. His vision is to positively impact the countries the Group operates in by supporting clients to create lasting values and legacies.
