題目: Structure of a functional Scala program: A brief walk-through

This talk will try to show one of the ways to structure a functional Scala program, popularized by the "rio" library in Haskell. It turns out to be a rather nice way of organizing a functional Scala program that enables both extensibility and expressiveness. This program also uses many popular functional libraries in Scala, namely cats, cats-effect, cats-mtl, fs2, scodec, monocle, etc.. We will see how they are all used together to construct a functional program and talk about why they were used along the way. (~ 60 mins, in Chinese)
