Scaling agility across your enterprise using Kanban!

Real organisational agility is not something you can simple “install”. Nor is it something that necessarily needs to be achieved by creating massive upheaval in your organisation. In this talk, Daniel Ploeg will take you through how you can use Kanban to start to scale agility across your organisation. This is broader than just your technology teams, you can use this across your marketing, sales, legal, HR teams as well. You don’t have to start with large re-organisation of team and groups. What you will need to do is start to hone and change the values and practices that you use so that you can improve the outcomes for your customers and your stakeholders.

It’s quite normal with Kanban to be able to take something away that you can start with the next day, so be prepared to come away with a few simple ideas that are relatively inexpensive that you can start with right now.
